Learn at your computer with an expert on the telephone to guide every step! Connect to these scheduled training sessions for a group session. This method of training offers a unique learning experience covering everything from setup to everyday processes in four or eight scheduled 1.5-hour sessions.

Cancellation Policy:

Confirmed registrations may be cancelled up to 60 days prior to the training date without penalty. 

Cancellations 31 to 59 days prior to the training date will result in a 50% fee charge.*

Cancellations within 30 days of the training date will result in a 100% fee charge.*

CFA reserves the right to cancel the scheduled training date within 20 days of that date and provide the customer with alternate training dates under similar circumstances.

*Cancellation fees are not applicable towards future products or services from CFA.

CFA is not responsible for scheduled training changes beyond our control.
