Updates

Schedule an update…

Updates are included with all Support Service Level agreements and take about 4 hours or less to complete.  Additional time may be required per individual database need and customers will be notified as as soon as possible.  during this time, all users must be logged off of CFAWin8 and Shop Floor.

Updates can be scheduled Mondays through Thursdays starting at 9 am Central Time.
